This seventeen story, 201-unit building was originally constructed in 1980 by Harkins Builders. Catholic Charities once again hired HBI to renovate the building over 30 years later, and even used some of the original crew members for the job. Renovations included partial roof replacement, building systems upgrades, resident-in-place unit renovations, and carefully designed amenity spaces on the ground floor to meet the modern needs of the community. This included a new wellness suite, enlarged laundry room, and warming pantry. Accessibility and energy efficiency upgrades were also a part of this project.
