Marks Thomas Principal Michael Blake Earns Certified Educational Facility Planner Designation

Baltimore, MD, August 19, 2015 – Marks Thomas is pleased to announce that Principal Michael Blake recently received the Certified Educational Facility Planner (CEFP) designation, a mark of excellence developed to reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities of a competent educational facility planner. Mr. Blake becomes one of less than 15 in the Mid-Atlantic to achieve this designation.

The Council of Educational Facility Planners International (CEFPI), creator of the CEFP credential, observed that “An individual who has been certified by CEFPI has achieved the highest qualification in our profession. Clients can appoint CEFPs with confidence that they have been examined for competence by our association.”

“Our many clients in the educational space will benefit from the knowledge gained through achieving this certification,” Mr. Blake said. “I’m pleased to have earned it, and am grateful to CEFP for its efforts in upholding the highest standards quality in educational facility planning.”
